I’ve always been looking for ways to improve, in my work, my music, and life. I’m working as an agile practitioner at Red Hat, supporting the organisation, leaders, and teams in new ways of working and continuous improvement.

In my spare time I’m engaged as an Open Organization Ambassador and a writer for opensource.com as well as occasional speaker at events such as Agila Sverige and All Things Open. I will also gather some of my thoughts and writings here in my blog.
