Friskt vågat, hälften jobbat! - Agila Sverige

I managed to get a lightning talk accepted to Agila Sverige a second year in a row! This time I’m talking about a team journey we made into more open and agile ways of working which led to team and customer success. It’s based on the chapter I wrote for the Open Organization Workbook. The speech was recorded and is available on YouTube (it’s in Swedish).
