I was invited to speak at the foss-north 2024 conference and being just a small commute away it was an easy decision. Here are my random thought and experiences from the conference.

Between 5-7 March I travelled to Helsinki to attend and speak at the ScanAgile conference. Here are some outtakes of what I learned from all the talks.

You keep using that word, I do not think it means what you think it means.

To be able to change and go forward we sometimes have to let go of older beliefs or habits.

Why does everyone insist on either reinventing the wheel or choosing the ONE framework to rule them all, instead of keeping it simple with Inspect & Adapt?

I previously wrote about an example where I used the Cynefin Framework for process improvement.

This year Agila Sverige made a change and included talks in both Swedish and English.

I’m a big fan of the Cynefin Framework.

Is the organisation waiting for this initiative to pass as all the others did prior?

As the remote Agila Sverige in 2020 was not recorded they arranged a vote for talks that would be re-run in the in-person event in 2022.
